The Cornelia's is a food brand founded in 1992 in Malang. The brand is known for its signature product, Ayam Kodok, which is a popular choice for hampers sent to family and friends. Currently they have 2 stores available, Malang as the older store, and Surabaya as the newer store.
In 2023, The Cornelia's brand awareness among young people began to decline. This was due to the emergence of new hampers brands that are more modern and fresh becoming another option for the customers. As a result, The Cornelia's was at risk to losing its position as the market leader in the hampers industry.
The objective of this social media project is to build modern image for The Cornelia's brand and to increase its digital engagement. This will help the brand to refresh its brand image and stay relevant to the consumers, remain top of mind in the hampers industry.
We embarked on a social media journey, crafting a fresh narrative that resonated with the brand's heritage and aspirations. Through strategic content creation and targeted distribution, we amplified The Cornelia's voice across unexplored channels.
